Our products come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a Trailblazer Foods product, please send it back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund:
To qualify for a full refund orders must be:
1. Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
2. Accompanied by the packing slip and a copy of the receipt.
3. Returned with a brief note about why you weren't satisfied.

1. Pack the items securely inside the original packing material.
2. Ship the package back to us via ground shipment or USPS, using reasonable level of service (i.e. no expedited shipping or insurance purchased)

Correction of Errors
If your order was received in any the following conditions, we will correct the order at no cost to you within 30 calendar days:
· Damaged
· Incomplete
· Incorrect
To receive a correction to your order, please follow these steps:
1. Notify Trailblazer Food Products by telephone or email within 30 calendar days of delivery:

· Reason (damaged, missing item(s), wrong item(s), etc.
· Order number
· Specific error on the order (i.e., "I ordered Walls Berry Farm Organic Blackberry Preserves, but got Walls Berry Farm Organic Strawberry instead.")
3. Pack the items securely inside the original packing material.
4. Ship the package back to us via ground shipment or USPS, using reasonable level of service (i.e. no expedited shipping or insurance purchased)

Returns & Refunds Policy Notes:
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not be eligible for return or refund.
Orders returned from zip codes that differ from original order deliver, will not be accepted.
To fulfill order corrections once they are verified, it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
We do not provide product exchanges.
Reimbursement for shipping costs will not be applied to:
· Expedited levels of service (i.e., overnight, air, Saturday delivery, etc.)
· Insurance coverage purchased.
· Orders where no error on the part of Trailblazer Food Products was made on original order.

Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from the time your order is received. We ship your order via UPS Ground Service to addresses in the United States. UPS 2nd Day delivery is available for an added charge.
